Without saying a name, though we know who it was, we don't want to make the situation any worse than it already is by letting others know who it is...
We'd like to apologize to the sweet sister who Ellie excitedly exclaimed,
"Look, it's Ursula sitting right there mom!"
No, our family doesn't agree, you are not at all like Ursula. She was going on a few physical characteristics not at all personality!
Please forgive our 3 year old.

Eek. That's a tough one to recover from. Not sure what is worse though- being compared to Ursula because of personality, or physical traits!!
