For Thanksgiving this year we went down to Sam and Melinda's house in Tucson. We were very grateful for the Chipmans who provided the vehicle big enough for us all to go in one car. Espeically since the two hour drive took close to 4 with all the accidents we saw everywhere. We are so grateful to have all gone in one car instead of John on his motorcycle like we'd planned.
While there the boys got to play with all Sam's cool bows. Working for PSI has its perks for teenage boys who love to learn how to shoot things.
The girls spent hours playing together. I love how well they all get along.
Ellie loved having control of the camera. Though most of the pictures she took will not be published as we don't need to see people's knees and nose hair. But this one turned out pretty good even with some silly boys.
And we spent the day after playing some Rock Band. Unfortunately we had some technical issues with the instruments so not as many could play as we planned but it was still fun. John spent most of the time we were there sick but it was nice to have everyone else busy so he could rest. Let's hope next time he can enjoy more of the fun with everyone!
