One of the really crazy thing we have here in Arizona are monsoons and haboobs in the summer time. There is something crazy about this force of nature that hits our state.
Here are just a few of my favorite pictures from assorted storms this summer. This above is a haboob about to hit the soccer field where we are at.
This is the green belt in our neighborhood the morning after. Notice the kids in a boat out there.
This is the fun driving on the freeway through one. It's just crazy how it goes from nothing to intense so fast.
These three are in a span of 5 min total from the first one here where to you see some white clouds...
to the dark orange of hte dust rolling in...to the darkness of the storm. This last is with a flash just to see anything.
I love the beauty of Arizona. I really have come to love to live here crazy storms, crazy heat and incredible winters!
