Rachel is a smurf!

Rachel is on a team with her old coach Mike Venberg.  We have loved him as a coach and though due to dance practice and such she hasn't gotten to attend any of the practices she has enjoyed getting out there and just having fun feeling a part of the team.  They really make sure she is always included in everything and many times this season they have parties and get togethers just to spend more time together. 

Rachel has really progressed as a soccer player.  But she has come to me happy that she did it but also happy that the season is almost done and ready for a nice long break.  I'm happy to give her the break too.  I need the break!  Since her team is blue they went for the team name of the Smurfs.  At the end of every game for their cheer they sing, "La la la la la la la la la la la Smurfs!!  It's fun to see them do it!  Great job Rachel.  Their team has won over half of their games so far.  Way to go!
