The kids school had a Halloween party the Friday the week before Thanksgiving. Matthew was gone to a campout so it was just the three younger ones who dressed up.
This was our dry run through. The face paint didn't turn out quite like how Harrison wanted his "scary" clown, but hopefully by Halloween we'll have it figured out.
Ellie is an adorable Dora. Have you noticed lately how obsessed she is with Dora? Yep. It took a little bit of creativity as the only brown hair that was straight we could find was adult, but that's not all bad as dora has TONS of thick hair. So with a little haircut to the wig it turned out pretty good. Her costume was the cheapest wearing pants we cut off to shorts, an old Tshirt that's getting to small. Just had to buy a pair of socks and a yellow beaded bracelet to go with the hair. Under 5 bucks isn't bad.
Rachel had a hard time deciding what to be. The best part of hers was the biggest expense was the pants and leotard, but that she can wear to dance so she should be good to go.
