Science Center Museum with Harrison

I went with Harrison to his field trip to the Science Center. What a fun time. It was different than it had ever been going with such a different group of kids. The really wanted to take the time to learn everything it teaches there, not just "play with the stuff".

As he explored lights and shadows I loved getting this great profile shot of him.

This was a great thing where the kids watched this video to learn about weather, but as the weather changed, it physically changed things for them. When it rained, real drops fell on them, when it talked about wind it blew them around, when it was hot, a heat light shown on them. He wanted to do it so many times!

Next they could work on the computers and take a picture of themself, edit it and edit a recorded voice and have it show on the "big screen" It was pretty funny to see what he thought everyone should hear and see about him.

Harrison won and loved "mind ball" where you get a ball to move by erasing all the thoughts from your brain, what does that say that Harrison could win that? Good mind control, or just less going on in there?

These last pictures were from a program where you could stretch and squeeze the image of your face in so many different ways. It was really fun to see the ways Harrison would look.

The kids even got me to get my face adjusted. Do you like the look?

Thanks to Harrison for the great time at the Museum, thanks to Krinn for taking care of Ellie so I could go, and thanks to Mrs. Neibor for not making me ride the bus..so much better when I drive my own car there and back!!!
